Bucket Linkages Manufacturing

Bucket Linkages Links

The bucket linkages (links) is driven by the bucket cylinder, allowing the bucket to receive or discharge the load. It consists of two types of pipes, one long and two short. There is a sheet metal plate between them. The bucket cylinder rod head enters the middle of the two small pipes. The rod head and link are joined by the rod link connection pin. The lower long pipe is connected to the bucket with the bucket link connection pin.

First, all parts of the bucket linkages (links) are rough processed. Welding operations are carried out. After welding, the dimensions are brought to precise measurements. Because the most important issue in link production is linearity. If sufficient linearity is not provided, the connection to the pin cannot be established.

There are bushing slots in the links. First, the bushings are installed in the bushing slots, then their connections are made to the bucket and bucket cylinder with pins.

Considering the total weight on it, quality should be taken into consideration in material selection. The welding must also be done solidly.

In order not to restrict the movement of the hive, care should be taken to ensure that the dimensions and characteristics of the place where it is placed are the same as the designed link. Although it is seen as a fixed part, its manufacturing requires calculation and meticulousness.
